复方痤疮霜的制备及临床疗效观察

Preparation and clinical efficacy observation of compound acne vulgaris cream

目的研制复方痤疮霜,并观察其临床疗效。方法采用水包油乳膏基质配制复方痤疮霜,并对其稳定性、临床疗效及不良反应进行探讨。结果治疗组有效率为83.3%,明显高于对照组的56.0%(χ2=9.87,P<0.01)。结论该霜剂制备工艺简单,质量稳定,质控可靠,临床疗效确切,值得推广应用。

Objective：To prepare compound acne vulgaris cream and observe the clinical efficacy. Methods：The cream was prepared by taking oil-in-water emulsion as base material. Then the stability and clinical efficacy were explored. Re-sults：The effective rate of trerapy group was 83. 3% and it was 56. 0% in the control group. There were significant differ-ences between trerapy group and control group（P ﹤ 0. 01）. Conclusion：The ream can be prepared feasibly. The property of the cream is stable and the quality can be controlled reliably. The compound acne vulgaris cream has clinical efficacy and should be wildely applied.
