Through summing up the cause and pathogenesis, combing discussions of many doctors about the root and tip, and combining clinic experience of treating chronic glomerulopathy, the author believed that the syndrome of chronic glomerulopathy proteinuria was stagnated exopathogen in the body and kidney being disturbed. In the treatment, the attention should be paid to priorities of root and tip, and external inducement is resolved during acute attack and pathogenic factors are eliminated and outthrust during remittent period. The curative effect will be improved in treatment of chronic glomerulopathy proteinuria according to priorities of root and tip.
