摘要
分析了光伏兆瓦房存在的通风散热问题,提出一种散热风道优化设计方案,针对发热量大的功率单元建立独立直排风道,同时降低辅风道的风速,使进风口结构简单、能适应恶劣环境、成本更低,并对风机参数进行了理论核算。仿真和试验结果表明,优化设计后光伏兆瓦房完全满足系统散热要求。
It analyzed the problem of ventilation and heat dissipation of photovoltaic (PV) megawatt-level-inverter power room and presented an optimized design of air duct, in wihich an independent air duct was constructed for power unit that generated a large quantity of heat, air velocity of auxiliary air duct was dectreased and air inlet structure was simplified. Therefore, the air inlet can resist harsh conditions and has lower cost. The theoretic calculation was carded out for the fan's parameters. Simulation and test results show that the optimized design of power room for PV megawatt-level-inverter can meet the thermal requirements of the system completely.
