稻曲病病原菌分离技术及培养条件初步研究

Preliminary Study on Isolation Technique and Culture Condition of Ustilaginoidea virens (Cke) Tak

在PSA培养基上 ,利用稻曲病菌菌核分离培养了稻曲病菌。研究结果表明 ,稻曲病菌生长的最佳碳源为蔗糖 ,最适蔗糖浓度为 2 % 3% ,最适温度为 2 5℃ 。

Using false smut of rice (FSR) sclerotia isolation,the pathogen of FSR was cultured in PSA medium. The study demonstrated that the best C source for mycelium growth was sucrose. The suitable concentration was ranged from 2%~3%. The suitable temperature was 25℃. Dark condition was conducive to mycelium growth.
