Investigation and analysis of students' perception and expectation on the eight-year medical program

摘要 八年制医学生对八年制医学教育现状和期望的认知,能够在一定程度上反映当前八年制医学教育中存在的问题.本研究对5所院校正在就读8年级的八年制医学生进行了问卷调查.结果表明,学生对八年制医学教育总体满意率偏低,表现在对于八年制医学教育的培养目标、招生形式、教学内容、导师安排和时间安排的现状与期望存在差距.基于研究结果,未来八年制医学教育改革应该厘清培养定位;改革招生形式;合理分配临床能力和科研能力训练时间;整合医学前教育和医学教育课程;完善住院医师规范化培训体系. The deficiencies of the eight-year medical program in China could be identified from the perception and expectation of students, thus we conduct a survey of the grade eighth students enrolled in the eight-year medical program among 5 universities. We found that the students' satisfaction on the education model they experienced was low. Specifically, there were big gaps between their perception and expectation on the education mission, admission, curriculum, supervision and schedule. Based on the finding, the reform of the eight-year medical program in China should focus on clarifying the education mission, changing the current admission system, rationally arranging clinical and scientific training, integrating premedical and medical courses, and perfecting the standardized training of resident physicians.
