摘要
目的 根据中等职业学校学生的特点,以及社会对中等职业人才素质的需求,引入多元智能理论,指导中等职业学校心理健康课程教学改革实践,以达到充分发挥学生潜能,全面提高学生心理素质的目的.方法 采用实验法和观察法相结合的研究方法.运用霍华德·加德纳的多元智能理论,在心理健康课程教学中广泛实践,观察其教学效果.结果 (1)树立了人人成功的学生观;(2)提出了因材施教的教学观;(3)明确了多元化的目标和要求;(4)采取了多种教学方法培养学生多元智能;(5)建立了多元化的课程评价机制.结论 在多元智能理论的指导下开展心理健康课程改革,能够为学生提供最大的学习和发展空间,提高学生的学习兴趣和动力,从而有利于学生多元化智能的发展,实现学生综合素质的提高.
Objective As the demand for secondary vocational school students is getting higher and higher, the reform of mental health education courses is carried out in our school based on the theory of multiple intelligences concerning the characteristics of the students. Our aim is to promote the talents of the students and improve their psychological quality. Methods Based on Howard Gardner' s theory of multiple intelligences, experimental method and observational method are used in the course of metal health education to see the teaching effects. Results ( 1 ) The concept that every student is unique and successful is established. (2)The concept that teaching should be done according to the students' ability is put forward. ( 3 ) Multi aims and demands are made clear. (4) The students' multi intelligences are improved through different ways of teaching. (5) Muhi ways are used in evaluating the students. Conclusions The reform of mental health courses based on the theory of multiple intelligences can provide more possibilities for the students' further study and development, make the students more interested and motivated in order to boost students' all-around development, especially their multiple intelligences.
