循证医学的人文精神是循证医学的核心与灵魂之一.本文阐述了临床医学生人文教育的简况,循证医学的人文精神在临床医学生人文教育中的重要性,循证医学的人文精神对临床医学生人文教育的影响.强调指出,对临床医学生的人文教育需要使学生了解循证医学指南的变化,跟上最新的循证医学证据,并融合对循证医学人文精神不断加深的认识,以指导临床实践,这对提高临床医学生的人文素质具有重要意义.

The humanistic properties and scientific properties of medicine are different from each other, but at the same time, they are blended together absolutely. In the era of evidence-based medicine, the humanistic spirit is one of the cores and souls of evidence-based medicine. The authors mainly illustrate points in the following aspects ： （1） the overview of humanistic education for clinical medical student ; （2） the significance of humanistic spirit of evidence-based medicine to humanistic education for clinical medical student; （3） the influence of humanistic spirit of evidence-based medicine on humanistic education for clinical medical student. This paper points out that students should keep pace with the change of evidence- based medicine guidelines and carry on clinical practice under guidance of the combination of latest evidence of evidence-based medicine and more and more clearer understanding of humanistic spirit of evidence-based medicine, and this is of great significance to improve humanistic quality of clinical medical students.
