医疗安全是临床麻醉工作永恒的主题.据统计,70％ ～ 80％的医疗事故源于人为误差.在各类医疗投诉中,手术室所占比例位于最高位,非技术性技能缺陷是医疗事故的根源.麻醉临床实践教学过程,必须坚持医学生素质教育中的人本原则,强化安全意识,遵从安全法则,提高医学生的岗位胜任能力和职业道德素养.

Medical safety is the eternal theme in the work of clinical anesthesia. According to statistics 70% ~ 80% malpractice is due to human error. In all kinds of medical complaints, the most error occurs in operation room. The lack of non-technical skills is the root cause of medical malpractice. In practical teaching of the clinical anesthesia it is necessary to adhere to the patient oriented principle, to be vigilant about safety, to follow safety rules, thus to improve medical students＇ competency and occupation morals accomplishment
