摘要 目的 探讨提高护理学专业学生血源性职业暴露认知行为能力的方法.方法 2012年6月至7月,对进入第三军医大学第一附属医院感染病科短期见习的第三军医大学128名护理学专业学生进行调查,了解她们对血源性职业暴露相关知识的掌握情况,分析她们的薄弱环节,集中采取视频教育结合以问题为基础学习的教学方法对其中32名学生开展血源性职业暴露认知行为能力培训,比较培训前后学生对血源性职业暴露相关知识的掌握情况.结果 32名学生培训前只有39.6%的学生掌握了血源性职业暴露相关知识,培训后提高到82.3%,差异有统计学意义.结论 集中开展有针对性的视频教育结合以问题为基础学习的教学方法进行场景模拟实训,能够有效提高护理学专业学生对血源性职业暴露的认知行为能力. Objective Discussion on a methods to improve the cognitive ability of blood-borne occupation exposure of nursing students. Methods June to July, 2012, in The First Affiliated Hospital infection diseases for short-term trainee of 128 nursing students were investigated. We survey their mastery of knowledge blood-borne occupational exposure, and then analyze their weak links. Using video education combined with problem-based learning (PBL) teaching method in 32 students blood-borne occupational exposure cognitive behavior ability training. Comparison before and after the training the students master the knowledge about blood-borne occupational exposure. Results We compare 32 students' training effect, before training only 39.6% of the students mastered relevant knowledge of blood-borne occupational exposure, it increased to 82. 3% after training, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusions Video education combined with PBL teaching method and scenario simulation training can effectively improve students' cognitive behavior ability of blood-borne occupational exposure.
