Studies of comparing teaching laboratory with clinical laboratory of medical laboratory technology in aspect of biological safety

摘要 为了建立医学检验技术专业实践教学实验室的生物安全体系,本研究从生物安全的角度对教学实验室与临床实验室进行对比研究.研究表明,教学实验室具有多功能性,教学用生物标本具有可控性,活动人员多且生物安全风险防范能力差,实验物件安全管理难度大,缺乏学生个人物件的有效管理方法等基本特征.这些特征可以作为建立医学检验技术专业实践教学实验室生物安全体系的基础. In order to establish biological safety system for teaching laboratory of medical laboratory technology, teaching laboratory is compared with clinical laboratory in aspect of biological safety. Comparing with clinical laboratory, results show that teaching laboratory is muhi-functional; biological specimen for practice teaching are more manageable; there are more operating individuals with poor understanding of prevention from potential biological risk ; it is more difficult to manage experimental objects, and no effective methods are applied to dispose personal items of students. These observations can be used as fundamental considerations for the establishment of biological safety system for teaching laboratory of medical laboratory technology in future.
