摘要
21世纪,美国的人口老龄化、健康差距、语言差异等困境给护理工作带来诸多挑战.美国护理教育在遇到行业市场挑战的同时,面临护理教员老龄化、临床实习时间不足、师资短缺等问题,课程设置与职业需求亦不对等.为此,美国护理教育试图通过教育体系改革、促进学术进程中的无缝教育和培训来解决面临的困境.美国护理教育的改革实践给我国护理教育的改革与发展带来启示.
The essay analysis the predicament of the nursing development and nursing education in the USA, for instance, the ageing populations, health gap, language differences, the problem in clinical practice and curriculum. The reform of nursing education was implemted to solve these issues, which focused on seamless nursing education. It provides a new perspective for our reform of nursing education.
