摘要
选用雏鸡作实验动物 ,采用分组对比的方法 ,通过测定血液、羽毛、粪便和组织中汞、硒含量 ,研究硒对雏鸡血液及组织汞含量的影响 ,进而探讨硒与汞的拮抗机理。实验结果表明 :汞在鸡体内的分布具有较强的选择性 ,主要蓄积于肝脏和肾脏 ,其含量分布为肾脏 >肝脏 >大脑 >心脏 >肌肉 >全血。血液和组织中汞含量相关回归分析表明 ,血汞不能反映体内汞负荷 ,但可粗略地反映近期汞摄入水平 ;肝脏和肾脏汞含量及其动态变化可较好地反映体内的汞负荷 ;毛汞可反映动物生长期体内吸收的汞量 ;粪汞含量升高可诊断为汞吸收 ;这对汞中毒的诊断及环境生物学的监测有一定的意义。硒与汞之间存在拮抗作用 ,汞可以影响硒的吸收、分布、利用 ,硒也可以改变汞的积累部位和积累方式。
In the study we selected the chickens as laboratory animal,devided groups for comparison,determiated the content of selenite and mercury in the chicken blood,feather,excrements and tissue for studing the selenie effect on the content of mercury,for the more to reveal the antagonistic mechanism between selenite and mercury.The results were shown that:1.Mercury was selectively distributed to different organs.It mainly stored up in liver and kidey. Its content were in kidney,liver,brain,chest muscle and blood in order.The mercury content in the blood did not reflect the mercury content in the body,but it could show rcent intake of mercury;The experiment showed the mercury content in liver and kindey and its dynamic change could perfectly reflect the mercury content in the body;The mercury content in the feather could show absorb of mercury content during grow; The mercury content in the excrements could diagnosis absorb of mercury content.All there were significent in diagnosing mercury poisoning and envirimeatal biology monitoring.2.It exist that the antagonistic effect between selenite and mercury.Mercury can in fluence the absorb,distribution and usage,Selenite can exchange the accumulating position and accumulating ways of mercury.
