简论中国的失业问题

本文就中国目前失业形成原因及应采取的相应对策进行了具体地分析。把中国的失 业分为隐蔽性失业、结构性失业、周期性失业以及人口总量的绝对过量失业四种。针对失 业形成的原因，中国应在不断发展经济，提高劳动力的素质，以及进一步完善劳动力市场 三个方面去努力减少失业，增加就业。

This paper analyze the cause of today's unemployment in china and how to deal withthe problem. It divided the unemployment into four types: concealing unemployment, structureunemployment, periodic unemployment and the unemployment caused by the absolute over population. In view of this situation, China should try to decrease the unemployment and increase the employment by developing our economy, improving the qualities of laborer and perfecting the Laborer Market.
