本文针对高校所承担的根本任务、我们所处的社会环境和国际环境及当前大学生的 现状，提出了如何加强和改进德育工作的意见。
In view of the fundamental task of higher institutions, the internal and external environments, and students' ideological status, this present paper suggests ways of reinforcing and improving collegial ethical education.
