摘要
品德的形成不同于知识的掌握 ,它是个极为复杂的过程 ,因而评价规范个体化的标准重点在于德行 ,而不在于认知。学校的德育工作应有明确而可行的要求 ,有切实的内容 ,有广泛的社会认同和心理基础 。
Developing moral character differs from mastering knowledge, which is an extremely complicated process. Therefore, when assessing and standardizing moral of individuals, we should focus on their moral behavior instead of their moral cognition. Schools moral education should contain explicit requirements and practical content with wide social approval and social psychological base, so as to enhance its efficacy.
