摘要
教师劳动对象决定了教师劳动的复杂性 ;教师对学生最现实、最鲜明、最有力的教育作用 ,又使教师劳动具有了师范性。教师道德自律是提高教师素质的基础 ,而通过岗位自塑和合理的他律 ,让教师逐步实现自我控制、自我约束、自我选择 。
The objects of teachers determine the complication of teaching process. The fact that teachers exercise most lively and powerful influence on the students highlights the exemplification of teachers work. The paper advances the view that self discipline of teachers morality provides an important premise for the improvement of teachers quality. Also it stresses the necessity of combining professional self improvement with proper external restraint so that teachers can practise self discipline of morality by means of self control, self restraint and self choosing.
