美国远程教育系统主要有普通高校举办的远程教育,普通高校与大型企业联合建立的远程教育组织,以计算机网上远程教育三种类型。它们的发展主要面临经费和政策、协调和管理、产权和版权等问题。

American distance learning system has three types that mainly comprises the distance learning in general universities, the distance leaming organization jointly sponsored by general universities and large enterprises and the distance leaming on computers. At present the development of distance education confronts the problems of runds, policy, coordination, management, property rights, copy rights and so on.
