带式输送机减电机节能运行仿真研究

摘要 根据带式输送机负载较少达到额定载荷,电动机长期处在低效率状态下运行,电能损耗大,系统效率低,设计了减电机运行方案,针对启动过程出现的力矩冲击和电流冲击问题,利用Matlab软件对传动电机的节能运行方案进行了建模仿真。仿真结果表明,在带式输送机煤炭运输中采用变频启动的节能效果要优于传统超越离合器启动。 According to the port of belt conveyor load less reaches the rated load, motor for a long period of low efficiency condition, great energy loss, low system efficiency. Designed to eliminate motor operation scheme, according to the impact problem started appearing in the process of torque and current impact, using Matlab software to drive motor energy-saving operation scheme are modeling and simulation. The simulation results show that, the energy-saving effect of frequency conversion start at belt conveyor is superior to the traditional overrunning clutch starting.
