摘要
根据传统PID控制在跳汰机排料过程中存在的问题,结合跳汰机自身排料系统的特点,运用模糊PID控制法对排料系统进行研究。实验结果表明,模糊PID控制能够克服常规PID对系统变化适应性差的特点,能够避免超调,减少系统响应时间,能够有效提高跳汰机排料的稳定性。
On the basis of the problems of jigger discharging system with PID control and characteristic of jigger discharging system, put forward research into discharging system basis of fuzzy PID control. The experimental results show that fuzzy PID control can overcome the shortcomings of Poor adaptability of routine PID control to Changes in the system, avoid overshoot, reduce the response time of system, improve stability of jigger discharging system.
