摘要
利用Workbench对分体式铲板进行力学分析,得出其受力及变形状况;通过改进分体式铲板体联接螺栓组及销轴的布置方式,或者通过优化设计分体式的联接结构,对提高分体式铲板体的联接可靠性、降低整机故障率及改善井下工人的劳动强度,具有重要意义。
Carried on the mechanical analysis of the split-type shovel by using Workbench ,and got its stress and deformation conditions; by improving the layout mode of connecting screws and pins in split shovel body, or by optimizing design the connection structure of the split-type, which is to improve the connection reliability of the split type shovel plate. Reduce the machine failure rate and improve underground worker intensity, has important significance.
