摘要
利用Pro/E建立截割部摇臂系统的仿真模型,对液压系统的受力状态进行模拟,将荷载数据导入ADAMS中完成负载的添加。利用ADAMS进行动力分析,对节点使用寿命进行预测,深化对采煤机截割部受力状态的分析和认识,为该系统的设计提供理论支持。
Use Pro/E to build simulation model of cutting unit's rocker state of the hydraulic system, after which we load data into ADAMS to getting dynamic analysis with ADAMS and predicting the lifetime of the about shearer cutting unit's stress and provide theoretical support for the system and simulate the force complete load addition. Then node to deepen understanding system design.
