摘要
分析了深孔钻头结构特点及对钻削过程的影响,通过对BTA钻头切削刃进行有限元仿真,研究出钻头切削刃的不足并对刀齿部分进行了改进。通过对钻头导向块进行受力分析,对导向块的合理位置进行了优化分布。最后通过对钻头排屑口的有限元分析,得出了最佳排屑状态结构,并通过实验验证了优化后钻头的可靠性。
The structural characteristics of deep hole drilling and drilling drill are analyzed,through finite element simulation of the BTA drill, the and the tooth had was improved. Through stress analysis of the drill guide process on the impact of BTA drill cutting edge was studied pad, a reasonable position on the guide block was distributed suitably. Finally, through finite element analysis of the chip mouth, the structure of the optimum chip state was drawn and through the experiments,the reliability of the optimized drill was verified.
