提出临界线法的成型铣刀设计方法,所设计的铣刀可为磨齿精加工提供良好的加工工况。同时给出磨齿砂轮的轮廓方程,为磨齿砂轮随时修形提供曲线方程。此方法从理论上解决了四圆弧齿轮加工的问题,为下一步四圆弧齿轮的推广应用奠定了条件。

Presents the critical line method molding cutter design methods, the design of the grinding mill for finish machining to provide good working equations for the grinding wheel dressing readily conditions.
