摘要
现有的以螺杆泵为核心部件的喷浆机易出现堵管、螺杆泵卡死、电机烧毁、喷涂不均匀、喷面脱落等技术问题。新研发的SBL40型喷浆机较好地解决了上述问题。经现场应用,该喷浆机主要技术指标达到了预期的效果。
Existing shotcrete machine which using screw pump to core components, prone to some technical issues. Such as screw pump stucked, the motor burned, uneven spray, the coating surface was easy to fall off and so on. The problems mentioned above, almost no longer appear by using newly developed shotcrete machine which named SBL40. Through on-site applications, the shotcrete machine main technical indicators have reached the desired effect.
