矿用三相鼓风机变频调速系统的研究

摘要 研究了基于单片机驱动SA4828芯片控制的鼓风机变频调速系统。对鼓风机变频调速系统的主电路、控制电路、保护电路进行分析。通过计算给出了主电路的整流、滤波、逆变器、IGBT驱动的芯片各个环节的参数。为了使系统具有高可靠性和安全性,给出了过电流和过电压保护电路,通过分析表明系统是可行的,为硬件电路的搭建奠定了基础。 Studied actuated the SA4828 chip control based on blower frequency conversion velocity modulation system. First the monolithic integrated circuit the air to the air blower frequency conversion velocity modulation system's main circuit, the protection circuit, the control circuit carries on analyzes. The parameters of each link are calculated based on chip IGBT rectifier, filter, inverter, the main circuit of the drive. In order to enable the system to have the redundant reliability and the security, this article has given the electric current and the overvoltage protection electric circuit, through the analysis indicated that the system is feasible, has laid the foundation for hardware circuit's build.
