摘要
为了提高煤矿井下综放液压支架搬运效率,在对煤矿井下支架搬运情况分析的基础上,结合工程(IE)技术,应用其搬运技术,通过对支架组装流程和搬运流程分析,提出了大型综采液压支架的快速搬运方法。该方法有效保证支架搬运的高效性与安全性,缩短工作面安装工期,降低成本,提高生产效益。
To enhance the efficiency of carrying fully-mechanized sublevel synthetical support, a new technology model was put forward. Basis on the analysis of the condition of carrying synthetical support and Industrial Engineering, through the analysis of the assembly process and carrying process, we proposed the rapid carrying technology of larger synthetical support. This method can effectively guarantee high efficiency and safety, shorten the time of installation time, reduce costs and improve production efficiency.
