影响普通本科院校大学新生就业观的主要因素研究——以盐城地区为例

Study on the Main Factors Affecting the Employment Outlook of University Freshmen——Taking Yancheng Area as an Example

近年来,社会上出现的"考公热"、"考编热"等无不反映出当代大学生不良的就业观,这种就业观不仅阻碍学生的自身发展,对社会、国家发展也将带来不利影响。因此,从大学新生开始塑造其正确的就业观则显得尤为重要。基于此,以盐城地区普通本科学院的大一新生作为研究对象,共设计问卷指标22个,发放问卷295份,回收问卷295份,其中有效问卷268份,问卷有效率90.8%,并运用Excel 2003及SPSS 16.0进行数据分析。通过对问卷数据进行主因子分析,得出影响普通本科院校大学生就业观的主要因素,以期为普通本科院校在塑造学生良好的就业观方面开展工作有针对性地提供帮助。

In recent years,more and more university students are inclined to attend exams of the civil servant and career qualifica-tion,which reflects the unhealthy view of employment of contemporary college students. This employment outlook not only hinders the students＆#39; own development,also will have an adverse impact on the development of society . Therefore,it is important for university freshmen to build a correct employment outlook. This paper takes the ordinary university freshmen in Yangcheng area as the study ob-ject,and designs 22 indexes. Then the author gives out 295 questionnaires and retrieves 295 questionnaires,which include 268 valid questionnaires. The total effective rate of questionnaire is 90. 8% . Meanwhile this paper uses Excel 2003 and SPSS 16. 0 to analyze the data. By principal factor analysis of the questionnaire data,the paper obtains the influencing factors of the employment outlook of ordi-nary universities,which can help ordinary universities create students＆#39; correct employment outlook.
