摘要
外语教师身份认同指外语教师持有的教学信念,及其对所承担的社会和文化角色的确定和认同。基于此,通过探究社会转型背景下大学英语教师身份认同危机的成因,提出了大学英语教师身份认同的发展途径,即通过自我身份的重构,达到社会自我和个体自我的和谐统一。
Professional identity of foreign language teachers refers to identification for the teaching beliefs and sociocultural roles taken by foreign language teachers. The paper presents development approaches of professional identity of college English teachers by exploring the causes of identity crisis in the context of social transition. It is found that college English teachers can harmonize social i-dentity and personal identity by means of self-reconstruction.
