报道了对文献 [1]中HPLC法分析茶愈胶囊化学成分方法的改进 .通过对检测波长、流动相配比的优化 ,结果在提高准确度的同时茶碱的灵敏度提高了 0 .56倍 ,愈创木酚甘油醚的灵敏度提高了 3.1倍 ,每次进样分析节约时间 6min ,节约洗脱剂 7.2mL .

The document method for analyzing chemical constituents of Chayu capsule by HPLC has been improved by selection of testing wavelength and liquid phase proportions.The results as follows:the sensibilities of theophylline and gaifenesin were raised by 0.56 times and 3.1 times respectively while their accuracy were raised.It saved 6 minutes and 7.2mL liquid phase every analysis.\;
