硒剂治疗自身免疫性甲状腺病的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 AITDs是一类器官特异性的自身免疫性疾病,主要包括Graves病、Graves眼病(GO)和自身免疫性甲状腺炎(AIT)等亚型。目前此类疾病的治疗仅采用对症疗法,例如对于AIT,仅限于当病情进展至甲减时给予甲状腺激素替代。对于在疾病的早期如何进行干预,延缓其发展方面尚缺乏有效措施。近年来多数研究显示,补硒不仅有助于降低AIT血清甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体(TPOAb)的水平,还能明显减轻GO患者的炎症反应。本文综述了国外近5年来补硒对AITDs治疗作用的研究进展。 Autoimmune thyroid disease (AITD) is a type of organ-specific autoimmune disease ,mainly including Graves'disease ,Graves ophthalmopathy (GO) and autoimmune thyroiditis (AIT) .Current therapy for these diseases is symptomatic treatment .For example ,the only treatment for AIT is thyroid hormone replacement when disease progresses to the phase of hypothyroidism .There is no effective means to intervene in the immuno-inflammatory procedure and block or delay disease progression .In recent years ,many studies have indicated that dietary selenium supplementation not only reduced serum titer of anti-thyroid autoantibodies in patients with AIT ,but also significant-ly decreased the inflammatory response in patients with GO .This article reviews the research progress in the past 5 years on the therapeutic effects of selenium supplementation on AITD .
