摘要
目的硫酸氨基葡萄糖联合玻璃酸钠对膝骨关节炎关节功能及炎性因子的影响。方法选择接受膝骨关节炎患者86例,随机分为对照组及观察组,对照组仅接受玻璃酸钠注射液治疗,观察组在此治疗的基础上,采用硫酸氨基葡萄糖进行治疗。对两组患者治疗后KSS评分、WOMAC评分炎性因子水平进行比较。结果观察组及对照组治疗后膝关节评分及功能评分较治疗前均有显著性改善(P<0.05),观察组术后膝关节评分及功能评分治疗后较对照组均有显著性改善(P<0.05)。对两组患者治疗后WOMAC评分进行比较,观察组及对照组治疗后疼痛评分、僵硬评分及功能评分较治疗前均有显著性改善(P<0.05),观察组疼痛评分、僵硬评分及功能评分治疗后较对照组均有显著性改善(P<0.05)。观察组及对照组TNF-α、IL-17、hs—CRP治疗后较治疗前均有显著性改善(P.0.05)。比较两组治疗后效果,观察组TNF-α、hs-CRP治疗后较对照组均有显著性改善(P<O.05)。结论硫酸氨基葡萄糖联合玻璃酸钠有助于改善膝骨关节炎关节功能,有可能是通过降低炎性因子水平来实现。
Objective To study joint effects of glucosamine sulfate and sodium hyaluronate for osteoarthritis on the knee joint function and inflammatory factors .Methods 86 cases of knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into control group and observation group ,the control group received only injections of sodium hyaluronate treat-ment ,observation group on the basis of this treatment accepted glucosamine sulfate treatment .After treatment KSS score ,WOMAC score and inflammatory cytokine levels were compared .Results Knee score and function score in observation group and the control group before and after the treatment group were significantly improved ( P〈0.05) ,postoperative knee score and function score in observation group than the control group after treatment were significantly improved (P〈0 .05) .WOMAC after treatment were compared ,pain score ,stiffness score and func-tion score of the treatment group and control group significantly higher than before treated (P〈0 .05) ,pain score , stiffness score and function score in the observation group after treatment compared with the control group showed significant improvement (P〈0 .05) .TNF-α,IL-17 ,hs-CRP of observation group and control group after treatment than before treatment showed significant improvement (P〈0 .05) .TNF-α,hs-CRP of the observation group after treatment compared with the control group showed significant improvement (P〈0 .05) .Conclusion Glucosamine sulfate and sodium hyaluronate help improve knee joint osteoarthritis and joint function ,it may be achieved by re-ducing inflammatory cytokine level .
