介绍了透皮给药系统的特点、剂型、促渗技术和体内外研究模型,为透皮给药系统的研究提供参考。重点查阅了国外有关透皮给药系统的相关文献并进行分析总结。随着新材料、新技术、新设备的不断发展,促渗方法取得了很大的进步,透皮给药系统具有广阔的发展前景。
