压力容器焊缝超声波检测中缺陷定性分析

摘要 目前,超声波检测是检测焊缝质量最常用的无损检测方法之一,超声波检测在检测焊缝时通过在显示屏上显示的波形所对应的时间和幅度能够对缺陷进行精确的定位和定量分析,然而在对缺陷性质的判定方面上仍是一项难点,经过多年深入研究和经验积累,超声波检测在焊缝缺陷定性方面的可靠性得到了提高,本文主要介绍了工程检测中常用的几种判断缺陷性质的方法和焊缝中最常见的几种缺陷及其形成原因。 Currently, ultrasonic testing is one of the most widely used non - destructive testing method for detecting weld quality. When ultrasonic testing detects the weld, the researcher can accurate positioning and quantitative analysis of the defect by the waveform corresponding time and amplitude , however,there are still some difficulties in the determining the nature of defect aspects. Luckily , by years of accumulated experience and theoretical analysis , the ultrasonic detection in weld defects qualitative reliability has been greatly improved. This article mainly describes the most popular ways to determine the nature of the defect and the most common types of defects in the weld and its causes in the engineering.
