摘要
对高低压脱丙烷塔开工及运行状况进行分析,并提出优化方案,包括减缓塔盘堵塞的方法,处理液泛及笼式回流阀堵塞的手段,保证了脱丙烷系统平稳长周期运行。
The operating and running conditions of HP and LP Depropanizer are analyzed and programs for optimizing the high and low pressure depmpanizer are proposed, including methods of alleviating the clogging trays, and treatment of flooding and blockage, thus ensuring the long cycle of the column.
