摘要
基于西方和亚洲新兴工业化国家(地区)社会工作对文化多元性的回应,结合我国的具体实际,从精英与通俗文化、城乡文化、民族文化和国外移民文化四个不同的视角,对国内社会工作者文化能力培养的可能性途径做一些尝试性的探索。社会工作者文化能力的培养不仅有利于推动我国社会工作事业的发展,也有利于我国跳出社会工作全球化与本土化的论争,形成真正意义上的以服务对象为本位的服务理念,并在不断变化的文化环境中适应生长。
Based on the reactions of western and Asian newly industrialized countries' (and regions' )social workers to muhicuhuralism, contrasting China' s actual state, considering from four perspectives ( elite - folk, urban - rural, ethnological and immigrant) ,this paper tries to figure out feasible approaches to improve social workers'cultural competency in China. Cultural competency training not only benefits the development of China's social work, but also conducts researchers to overstep the argument between globalization and localization, so as to establish a professional ethic of clients based service ,which should be promoted in metabolic cultural context.
