药物配合穴位埋药线治疗癫痫23例

Drugs and Medicated Catgut Implantation at Acupoints in Treating 23 Cases of Epilepsy

目的:观察药物配合穴位埋线治疗癫痫的临床疗效。方法:将45例癫痫患者随机分为2组:观察组23例采用穴位埋药线及抗癫痫药物治疗;对照组22例单纯给予抗癫痫药物治疗。2组观察期限为1年,期间均不停药。观察治疗前后2组患者癫痫计分及发作频率。结果:总有效率观察组为91.3%,对照组为68.2%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。癫痫计分及发作频率2组治疗后均明显下降(P<0.05),2组治疗前比较无明显差异(P>0.05),2组治疗后比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:穴位埋药线加药物治疗癫痫临床疗效显著。

Objective：To observe curative effects of drugs and medicated catgut implantation at acupoints in treating epilepsy. Methods：All 45 patients were randomized into two groups：23 cases of the observation group re-ceived medicated catgut implantation at acupoints and anti-epilepsy drugs, and 22 cases of the control group an-ti-epilepsy drugs only. The period was one year, both groups accepted the therapy in the period continually. The changes of seizure score and seizure frequency of both groups were observed before and after treating. Results：Total effective rate of the observation group was 91.3%, higher than 68.2%of the control group, the difference showed statistical meaning （P〈0.05）. Seizure score and seizure frequency of both groups were lowered significantly after treating （P〈0.05）, there was no obvious difference before treating between both groups （P＆gt;0.05）, the difference was notable after treating （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Drugs combined with medicated catgut implantation at acupoints are effective in treating epilepsy.
