如今的青岛，多种形式的志愿服务团队规模逐步扩大，影响和带动了社会各个阶层的市民参与其中。志愿服务，这饱含奉献精神的4个字带给了青岛更多文明的意义。随之而来的，是如何更好地管理志愿服务团队，发展和推动志愿服务制度化和常态化就显得尤为重要。为进一步适应社会发展新趋势和志愿服务工作新特点，推动志愿服务工作长效、有序发展，近日，青岛市召开志愿服务协会会员代表大会，正式成立了青岛市志愿服务协会，并审议通过青岛市志愿服务协会章程。大会选举产生了新一届理事会，标志着青岛市志愿服务发展进入一个新阶段。

With a view to further adapting to the new trends in social work and new features in the volunteer work as well as promoting the institutionalization and normalization of the volunteer service system, on May 15, Qingdao City held a meeting to establish the Qingdao Volunteer Service Association. Hu Shaojun, member of the Standing Committee and chief of the Publicity Department of the CPC Qingdao Municipal Committee, was present at the meeting and delivered a speech.
