摘要
本文梳理了西方抽象艺术在民国时期的译介过程。基于梳理分析,本文认为民国时期中国对于西方抽象艺术的译介的着眼点主要是基于广义的表现主义理解观下对于纯粹自我情感表现的艺术观照。但恰恰因为这种对自我情感和纯粹精神观照的要求,国人对作为西方先进艺术形式的抽象艺术从一开始的热情介绍逐渐转变成为对抽象艺术表现形式的质疑。最终因为战争的原因西方抽象艺术的译介在中国陷入了将近40年的停滞期。但是民国时期将抽象艺术看作纯粹自我感情表现的理解方式事实上潜在地影响到了后来中国抽象艺术的基本思路,并成为我们在理解中国抽象艺术时的一种重要启示。
This article briefly reviews the translation process of the western abstract art during the period of Republic of China.Based on the review and analysis,we believe that Chinese translation of western abstract art is mainly based on the aesthetic observation of the perfomance of pure ego emotion under the generalized concept of expressionism.But precisely because of this demand of the observation of ego emotion and pure spirit,the initial enthusiastic introduction to abstract art as the advanced aesthectic form gradually turned into the question to the forms of abstract art.Ultimately the war made the introduction to the western abstract art fall in a nearly 40-year period of stagnation.However,the understanding of taking abstract art as the perfomance of pure ego emotion potentially affected the basic ideas of the later Chinese abstract art and became an significant inspiration in our understanding of Chinese abstract art.
