摘要 Tributyl citrate (TBC) plasticizer has been selected to prepare the novel plasticized PC under different time and temperature. The TBC plasticization effect on PC T, mechanical properties and morphology has been investigated by DMTA, DSC, tensile test and SEM. The results show that the TBC content in PC is controlled by plasticization time and temperature. The mass-loss test has conftnned a less lost rate of TBC in PC. The T declines gradually with increasing TBC content. The tensile modulus and strength of the plasticized PC also decrease with the increase of TBC content, and an approximate linear relationship is found to exist between the TBC content and the tensile modulus and strength. The SEM images show that significant changes have taken place on the surface and in the cross-section of plasticized thin PC sheet.
