摘要
婴幼儿血管瘤(infantile hemangioma,IH)是以血管内皮细胞增生为特点的良性肿瘤,在婴幼儿中发病率高。控制其快速生长,促进其尽早进入消退期并减少美容性损害是对该疾病的主要治疗策略。采用现代激光治疗技术后,其疗效及安全性得到长足提高。目前,激光治疗已经成为婴幼儿血管瘤不可或缺的治疗方法。本文对倍频掺钕钇铝石榴石激光(Neodymiumdoped Yttrium Aluminium Garnet,Nd∶YAG)、脉冲染料激光(Pulsed Dye Laser,PDL)、长脉冲1 064 nm Nd∶YAG激光和强脉冲光(Intense Pused Light,IPL)在血管瘤的应用和各自特点进行综述。
Hemangiomas are benign proliferations of endothelial tissue, which are most common tumors occurring in the neonatal stage. The main purpose of the treatment for hemangiomas is to inhibit their proliferation and to induce their regression,without aesthetic complica- tions, laser therapy nowadays has become indispensable in the management of hemangiomas. This review discusses and evaluates vari- ous vascular-specific lasers, including pumped dye laser ( PDL), frequency-doubled Nd: YAG laser (532 nm), Nd: YAG laser ( 1 064 nm) and intense pulsed light (IPL) in the management of infantile hemangiomas.
