摘要
设计合成了一系列含苯基吡啶和吩嗪类配体的铱-稀土异金属配合物[Ir(ppy)2(tpphz)Ln(TTA)3]Cl(Ln=Nd(III),Yb(III),Er(III),Gd(III);ppy=苯基吡啶,tpphz=四吡啶并[3,2-a:2′,3′-c:3″,2″-h:3″′,4″′-j]吩嗪,TTA=2-噻吩甲酰三氟丙酮),运用红外光谱、质谱、元素分析等手段对其进行了表征,并研究了其光物理性能.用可见光激发目标配合物Ir-Ln(Ln=Nd,Yb),无论在固体状态、CH2Cl2溶液、或是Tris-HCl(pH 7.2)溶液中都能在近红外光区发现敏化的稀土离子的特征发射峰,说明铱生色团成功敏化了稀土离子近红外发光.通过考察稀土配合物与小牛胸腺DNA之间的作用,建立了测定小牛胸腺DNA的近红外发光新方法,为配合物作为生物探针提供前期实验基础.
A series of iridium-lanthanide complexes [Ir(ppy)2(tpphz)Ln(TTA)3]Cl (Ln = Nd(Ⅲ), Yb(Ⅲ), Er(Ⅲ), Gd(Ⅲ); ppy = phenylpyridine; tpphz = tetrapyrido[3,2-a:2',3'-c:3",2"-h:3"',4"'-j]phenazine) containing pyridine and phenazine ligands have been designed and synthesized. They were characterized by IR spectroscopy, ESI-MS spectrometry, elemental analysis, and their photophysical properties in the solid states and solutions were studied. It is found that sensitized near-infrared (NIR) luminescence is observed from Nd and Yb centre following excitation of the iridium complex in the solid state, in CH2Cl2 solution and in Tris-HCl buffer solution (pH 7.2) at 298 K, which results from the effective Ir → Ln (Ln = Nd, Yb) energy transfer. A new NIR luminescence probe for DNA is established based on quenching the NIR emission intensity of the Ir-Yb complex by DNA, which may provide preliminary experimental data of Ir-Yb complex as biological probes.
