神经损伤中程序性细胞坏死与necrostatins神经保护作用初探

摘要 中枢神经系统是体内重要的调节系统,对维持认知、心血管活动和运动等功能起重要作用。由于中枢神经损伤后难以修复再生,因此对相关神经系统疾病以及损伤中神经元和神经胶质细胞的死亡机制尤为重视。程序性细胞坏死是一种可被necrostatins(特异阻断程序性细胞坏死相关的一类药物)选择性干预的新发现的细胞死亡方式。该发现为干预细胞死亡、治疗神经系统疾病提供了新的可能。文中综合神经系统相关的程序性细胞坏死的研究,重点阐述necrostatins的神经保护作用和探讨程序性细胞坏死在神经系统中的功能意义。 The mechanism of neurons and glial cells death is particularly important,due to the difficulties of repair and regeneration of nervous system,the most important regulating system of the body.Necroptosis,as a new cell death pathway,can be specifically blocked by necrostatins,which provide a new strategy for therapeutic intervention in nervous system diseases.Neuroprotection of necrostatins and the functional significance of necroptosis in nerve system were summarized in the review.
