鼠神经生长因子联合葛根素治疗视神经挫伤的临床观察

Clinical observation on injection of mouse nerve growth factor and puerarin treating optic nerve contusion

目的观察在常规治疗基础上应用鼠神经生长因子（mNGF）联合葛根素治疗视神经挫伤的临床疗效。方法随机将视神经挫伤患者78例（78只眼）分为治疗组40例（40只眼），对照组38例（38只眼），2组常规给予脱水、改善微循环及糖皮质激素药物治疗，治疗组另外加用mNGF、葛根素。治疗后随访6～12个月，比较各组患者视力恢复情况，并观察mNGF、葛根素的安全性。结果治疗组总有效率为87．5％，对照组为52．6％，2组差异有统计学意义（P=0．003）。结论mNGF联合葛根素治疗视神经挫伤疗效好、安全性高。

OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical effect of mouse nerve growth factor combined with puerarin treating optic nerve contusion. METHODS Seventy-eight cases （78 eyes） of optic nerve contusion were divided randomly into two groups. Besides dehydrating, changing microcirculation and glucocorticoid, treatment group （40 eyes） was treated with mNGF and puerarin. Control group （38 eyes） were treated with dehydrating, changing microcirculation and glucocorticoid. Following up 6-12 months, the effect and safety of mouse nerve growth factor combined with puerarin were compared and observed. RESULTS The total effective rate in control group and treatment group were 52.6% and 87.5%. So the comparison had significant difference （P=0.003）. CONCLUSIONS Mouse nerve growth factor combined with puerarin was an effective and safe method for optic nerve contusion.
