摘要 目的了解安徽省HIV-1新发感染者情况及患者特征。方法对2011年7月至2012年6月安徽省艾滋病确证实验室新确证的748例的HIV-1型感染者通过BED检测,评估新发感染情况并分析其患者特征。结果 2011年7月至2012年6月安徽省报告发现的HIV-1感染者新发感染比例为24.6%,在BED确认的新发感染者中,男性、男男同性性行为者以及医院就诊者比例较高。与既往感染患者相比,新近感染者年龄更轻,且男性所占比例以及男男同性性行为者的比例均较高,并伴有更高的CD4细胞数。结论安徽省HIV-1新发感染者比例较高,男男同性性行为是新发感染的主要危险因素。 The incidence and characteristics of recent HIV-1 infection in Anhui Province, China were investigated in this study. A total of 748 HIV-1-infected patients confirmed by Anhui Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention from July 2011 to June 2012 were enrolled and were further tested by BED HIV-1 capture enzyme immunoassay (BED-CEIA). The incidence of HIV-1 infection and its characteristics were evaluated. Results showed that the prevalent rates of recent HIV-1 infection were 24.6 % in Anhui Province from July 2011 to June 2012. Among those recent infections, males, MSM, and hospital clients were the dominants. Compared to patients previously infected with HIV, patients with recent infections were young with higher infection rate in males and MSM, and higher in amount of CD4 cell. It's suggested that the incidence of HIV-1 infection in Anhui Province, China is high, and MSM is the most important risk factor for new occurrence of HIV-1 infection.
