Summary on the studies of avian H7N9 influenza virus

新型H7N9禽流感病毒对中国的突袭引起了全球的高度关注。本文从H7N9禽流感病毒可能的起源和基因重组事件、病毒基因的多样性、重要突变位点与病毒致病性、采样与实验室检测、流行病学调查、临床症状、治疗、疫苗研究和预防等多个方面对国际、国内有关H7N9禽流感病毒的研究进展进行综述,以期为H7N9禽流感病毒的防控提供参考。

Emerging human infections with novel avian influenza A （H7N9） virus in China have raised glohal concerns. We summarized the studies and investigations on the H7N9 avian influenza virus, including genetic analysis on the origin of the H7N9, gene reassortment and gene mutation, specimen collection, epidemiologic and clinical analysis, vaccines and other pre ventions. We cannot rest our guard to prepare for the next influenza pandemic.
