摘要
培养和选拔学科带头人是当前高校师资队伍建设的一项重要措施 ,学科带头人应具备层级性 ,先锋性、权威性和可持续发展性等特点 ;在选拔中应根据学科带头人的不同层级、不同年龄、不同意义、不同学科及“单一型”和“综合型”进行分层选拔和分类培养。
One of the important measures for guaranteeing the quality of teachers in higher education is how to select and train academical leaders, who are supposed to be in different classes, possessing pioneering spirit, authority and durability, Therefore different classes ages, subjects, and types must be taken into consideration the academic when leaders are selected and trained.
