扶突、肺俞穴注射蝎毒对急性咽炎大鼠的疗效观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的:观察扶突、肺俞穴注射蝎毒对急性咽炎模型大鼠的治疗作用。方法将70只SD大鼠,随机分为空白对照组、模型对照组、桂林西瓜霜组、地塞米松穴位注射组、蝎毒低、中、高剂量穴位注射组,每组10只,采用15%氨水局部刺激3天建立急性咽炎大鼠模型,于第4~7天对各组大鼠进行治疗并观察大鼠一般情况,治疗结束后检测大鼠血常规、炎症介质PGE2,观察大鼠咽部组织形态学变化。结果与模型组比较,扶突、肺俞穴注射中、高剂量蝎毒能改善急性咽炎大鼠的一般状态,维持大鼠的体质量(P〈0.01);明显降低急性咽炎大鼠血液中白细胞总数、淋巴细胞个数、中性粒细胞个数,降低淋巴细胞比值,升高中性粒细胞比值,降低PGE2含量(P〈0.01);可较大程度地改善大鼠咽部黏膜的炎症表现。结论扶突、肺俞穴注射蝎毒具有抗炎作用,能够改善咽部黏膜组织病变,对急性咽炎大鼠有较好的疗效。 Objective To observe the curative effect of Fu Tu and Fei Shu acupuncture point injection of scorpion venom on experimental rats with acute pharyngitis.Methods 70 SD experimental rats were randomly divided into blank group, model control group, watermelon frost spray group, Dexamethasone group, low, medium and high dose scorpion venom point injection group, with 10 in each group. 15% ammonia local irritation for 3 days was applied to build the model with acute pharyngitis. The treatment and evaluation were performed in day 4 to 7, including the routine blood examination, inflammation medium PGE2, observe Pharyngeal tissues and morphological changes of rats after treatment.Results Compared with the model group, acupuncture point injection of medium and high dose of scorpion venom can improve the general condition of rats with acute pharyngitis, and maintain the rat body weight (P〈0.01), and obviously reduce the total number of white blood cells, lymphocyte count, neutrophil count, and reduce lymphocyte ratio and content of PGE2, and increase neutrophils ratio (P〈0.01), and obviously reduce the inflammation of the pharyngeal mucosa of experimental rats.Conclusion Fu Tu and Fei Shu acupuncture point injection of scorpion venom might have anti-inflammatory effects, and might have curative effect on experimental rats with acute pharyngitis.
