师范文化人格与学生师德培养

On the Relationship between Teacher-specific Cultural Personality and the Acquisition of Teacher Morality

摘要 高等师范院校特定的职业文化发展而形成的文化人格 ,其核心是师德 ,而师范文化人格是一个综合的整体性的文化人格。它主要通过敬业、仁爱、进取、自律这个具有教师职业道德特征的师范院校主导性文化人格 ,以它的整体性、持久性、和谐性与稳定性 ,培养着师范生的师德人格 。 Teacher-specific cultural personality, with teacher morality at its core, is the result of the development of a career culture in higher normal institutions. It is a comprehensive and integrative cultural personality, characterized by earnest attitude to work, love, enterprising spirit and self-discipline. A perfect teacher-specific cultural personality should be attained as a major educational objective by higher normal institutions with its integrity, enduringness, harmony and stability.
