School-enterprise cooperation is an effective way to reform and develop higher vocational education, its key lies in school-enterprise cultural integration. This paper explores the significance and principles of school-enterprise cultural integration in higher vocational colleges from the academic aspect and reflects on the construction of school-enterprise cultural integration and its theories so as to provide some theoretical basis and useful references for constructing a new type of school culture system that leads school-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational colleges.
