台达C2000变频器在螺杆空压机一体化中的应用

本文主要介绍了通过台达C2000变频器的内建PLC,实现空压机的逻辑控制和数据处理,以及利用变频器内建的PID实现恒压控制。同时,配合触摸屏使用,可实现状态监控和参数设定,简化客户配线,降低成本,为客户提供一体化解决方案,该方案可以在客户各个功率空压机上复制应用。

This paper mainly introduces the logic controlling and data processing of air compressor through the built-in PLC of Delta C2000 inverter, and using built-in PID of inverter to realize constant pressure controlling. At the same time, with Delta touch screen, it can realize the state monitoring and parameter setting, simplifying distribution, reducing the cost. We provide customers with integrated solutions, which can be replicated to apply in each power air compressor.
